Issues

Runoff poses a little-known risk for many homeowners in Neuchâtel. The subject is technical, unappealing, and rarely seen as a priority. The challenge was to make prevention understandable, visible, and sufficiently appealing to encourage participation in the proposed measures.

Solution

We designed a multi-channel campaign combining posters, press, digital and social media. A humorous and accessible tone made it easier to understand the subject. We developed a dedicated website and distributed personalized mapped information to the owners concerned.
